Job description
Plumber / Plumber Gas Fitter (General & Residential)
We Kinari Construction mainly from residential construction development. Now, we are urgently looking for experienced Plumber / Plumber Gas Fitter (General & Residential) to join us. We welcome local people or migrants to work with us.
Responsibilities include:
- Efficiently, effectively, and safely carry out Plumbing installation work, and ensure that your work meets the relevant quality, budget, and safety standards
- Enthusiastically expedite all works in a professional and tradesman-like manner to a level of quality that meets currently accepted commercial/industry standards
- Work unsupervised, or as part of a team, to deliver high-quality Plumbing installation works
- Work flexible hours and the ability to manage their own time in order to meet deadlines
- Ensure a safe working environment for self, colleagues, customers, and the general public
- Champion the continued development and delivery of the Company’s guiding principles
To be successful a candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:
- NZ Qualification in Plumbing and/or Gas Fitting is preferred, but all applicants will be considered (Optional)
- 5 plus years post trade experience preferred
- Valid, unrestricted Full Drivers Licence
- Experience with building services specializing in plumbing and/or gas fitting systems
- Experience in responding to and satisfying customer requests
- Experience with using hand or power equipment
- Experience working within Health and Safety guidelines
Skills and Experiences
- We are seeking applicants with various levels of experience, having at least 5+ years of residential and housing Electrician
- Be flexible to work in multiple locations in Auckland
- Self-motivated, great communication and interpersonal skills
The successful applicant will be required to work in different locations: Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Taranaki, Manawatu-Whanganui, Wellington, Nelson – Tasman, Marlborough, West Coast, Canterbury, Otago, Southland
At least 2 years of related work experience
