1. Eligibility: This cashback offer is applicable to all clients engaging in construction projects with Kinari Constructions Limited for a total project cost exceeding $20,000. The offer is valid for new and existing clients.

2. Cashback Amount:

• Clients are eligible to receive up to $2500 cashback on construction projects with a total cost exceeding $50,000.
• $2000 cashback on construction projects with a total cost exceeding $40,000.
• $1000 cashback on construction projects with a total cost exceeding $20-$25K.

The cashback amount is calculated as a percentage of the total project cost and will be disclosed in the project proposal.

3. Project Commencement: To qualify for the cashback, offer, the construction project must commence on or after 1st January as stated in the project proposal.

4. Payment Terms: Clients must adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule outlined in the project contract. The cashback will be issued upon the successful completion of the construction project and the receipt of the final payment.

5. Exclusions:

• The cashback offer is not applicable to projects with a total cost of $50,000 or less.
• Cashback is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers.

6. Project Completion:

• A construction project is considered complete when all contracted work is finished, and the client has issued final acceptance.
• The client must notify Kinari Constructions Limited of project completion within 14 days.

7. Cashback Redemption:
Clients must submit a written request for cashback redemption within 30 days of project completion.
Kinari Constructions Limited will review and verify the request before processing the cashback.

8. Limitations:
The cashback offer is limited to one per client and per construction project.
Kinari Constructions Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
